Ausflug ins Weiss' Gasthaus

German students got to try authentic German food earlier this month when their instructors, Prof. Jones and Prof. Schuler took them on a class trip to the “Weiss’ Gasthaus”, run by a German family. Students tried original German dishes such as "Jägerschnitzel", "Rindsrouladen", and "Spätzle". This was a great opportunity to enjoy German “Gemütlichkeit” and authentic German food.
