For graduate students

Notre Dame graduate students are welcome to take any level of our Russian language courses to help achieve their own research and career goals, and we are happy to recommend study abroad and language immersion programs for further study. Graduate students are also eligible to apply for grants to study Russian from the CSLC and the Nanovic Institute for European Studies. 

If you would like to register for a Beginning Russian language course, or have prior experience in Russian and would like to discuss placement options, please contact Professor Tetyana Shlikhar, Director of Undergraduate Studies in Russian, at tshlikha@nd.edu. 

If you have prior experience in Russian and would like to take the Graduate Reading Exam, please send an email to our administrative assistant, Amanda Anderson, to learn about the next scheduled date.
